Well, it's compared to Generic or QK. Granted, we are talking about 3-4 less models in extreme cases, but the effective ones tend to be pricier. Also, the "really sweet profiles" in Bahram are around 20-30 and/or with 1+ CAP... Let's say the opportunit cost in HB is higher than on the other factions... QK just by having AVA: Total to Ghulam goes to 22 Regular orders, 6 irregular orders, and 3 Extremely Impetuous orders. Having AVA 3 on the 8 pts flash pulse remotes also helps, not to mention those four 10 points Alguaciles. Then Generic has AVA Total in Daylami (irregular 5 pts), ghulam, 10pts Khum, 2x Krakot Renegades (14 pts), etc etc
