Hi there. I have a question about the SP Fireteam. I know that it can be formed with Myrms (must have Ajax, Eudoros, Machaon, Phoenix or a Myrm Officer), Dactyls (with Acmon) or Thora (Alké or Thrasymides). Hector can be like a "wildcard" for them. But can we form an Enomotarchos FT with those characters? No, for Machaon and Ajax to join it must be a Myrmidon Fireteam, which Acmon can't join. Hector can join any Fireteam: Enormoustacos, but he doesn't change what trooper type the Fireteam belongs to.
Hector with Eudoros, Machaon and Phoenix is good. Hector with Machaon, Alké and Thrasymides is a violation. Hector may join/make any Enomotarchos but outside of him they have to fallow all the normal rules for Enomotarchos. Myrmidons with Myrmidons, Dactyls with Dactyls and so on. I tend to run Hector with Dactyls or Thorakitai and I find running him with Myrmidons much like with Agax will mean my enemy will try to shoot him when ever possible and makes the fire team more brittle.
