I think it comes down to the reex ap marksman shooting through mirrorball with the extra burst from the triad. It'll make for a reasonable msv hunter. Shotgun is solid for close up work too for the odd guilang or other msv dudes that advance up
I'm leaning more towards "mon-strucker" than "mons-trucker" Strucker of course being a reference to Fenris, which AVA 2 backs up.
I'm not feeling the new so-call Tohaa army but I do like the new units and I hope I can use the new units in my old Tohaa army.
Greif "operator", should be some kind of specialist, due to ava 1. Maybe finally a competitive tohaa hacker?
So, there are no Sukeul analogs. No HMG platform - only Spitfire. It hurts a little bit. It's a bit confusing - what Spiral can oppose to the other armies. It's not clear yet how it will play. Yet, there are new pretty miniatures and an interesting background which make the Spiral a wonderful army. But the question with HMG still bothering me.
There is smoke, nimbus templates, FD, and Tri-Core. It's possible that there won't be any decent HMGs at all. JSA manages to be a playable army in spite of the lack of long range options, and it doesn't have anything as tanky as a Rasail.
Not to mention everyone and their mum is packing some sort of Viral or Shock weapon. Still have Neuro Chaksa with HMG, Longarms could be an HMG platform, and we have two other unaccounted for units. Spitfire still works fine in a Triad, but when you have so many good AP weapons or Viral weapons, do you need an HMG? An MSV2 Viral Sniper sounds fun, and it's sub 30pts that can be in a Triad, potentially a tricore.
