Boost is an ARO, and a "Perimeter Item" remains so even if it is Disconnected. Moreover, secondary to what you're saying, TO's at multiple events...

Also, being Deployable Equipment, by definition, means they must obey all the deployment rules of the scenario, which includes Confused Deployment.
