@LightNinja Atalanta is statistically similar to a Total Reaction HMG bot with MSV2 that can't be outranged. It's not quite "inconsequential" but...
CC isn't always used a lot but it has a threat range that checks stuff like TO and heavy armor. Could be interesting to be missing it.
