? There aren't a lot of troops with MA4, most of the typical CC experts (Domaru, Ninja, Shaolin, Fiday, even Speculo) are only MA3.

Well, if you actually paint the camo right, it makes your mini look "blurry." So you need to paint the pattern larger than it should be.
If your clothes paints are thin enough, sure.

The untargeted Fusilier in your case gets a Normal Roll. The Line Kazak isn't doing anything that might make that Fusilier fail.
