Ph-6 is the save against para ccw, no arm no bts no damage inflicted.
You also save agains para ccw and glue the same way, with PH-6.
Para CCW and glue immoblisie requires dodge at -6. Carbonite immoblise requires reset at -6. At least thats how it works in c1
