Thanks @lefrank I have no showroom and no special place for them, my miniatures live in an A-Case hidden away in darkness as they are all gaming...
I contacted them and there is just no reply. I would say the company is dead or at least abandoned.

when painting white I do it with airbrush and just work into the shadows and touch up final highlights. Its so much more tiresome to get the same...
