Well that's true, but the Burst advantage is quite significant. Is it 9pts significant (chainrifle is 1pt)? Perhaps not, but I still think worth it.
ARM5 BTS6 and still Silhouette2, nice! It's like the Hektari but with more melee. As for the points B4 DAM15 ARM/2 is scarier than the B3 DAM14...
