Proxies add a second order if you add the 2nd proxy atm. Maybe this is a transinstent bug, just for your information. Asuras add 2 orders as well...

The Classified deck is different, generrally harder to achieve versions of the classifieds.
I think its fully modular. Either extreme for all Missions, or HCL Red/ rest green. Both are valid choices. The seasons tend go to give more...
