I think it's the Outer University of Tunguska that is the University for all the crime families of Tunguska.
Dead units provide no orders, neither can shot back with the big gun anymore. Expensive units pack few wounds in one place for lots of points. Hordes provide more orders, but also wounds and spread them into isolated blocks (no domino falling). People complain about BLI not being useful. Well, if it does not protect / is too many points, at least have lots of W/STR to burn.
BLI is BTS, correct? They did hint that non-normal ammo (specifically of the nanotech inclination) will get more common
Sorry, not exactly, but you got the idea. I should have written ARM/BTS (BLI/PB). It still holds, if ammo is "more killy" making expensive >=2W go down as fast as cheap 1W ones... the points paid were wasted.
I was watching @Vaulsc video and was thinking about the Shakush. The profile does not have the "Manned" Trait? Do we know if that was a typo or is "Manned" and "Remote Presence" going away in N4? That would be a large change.
I am hoping that Flashpulse gets weakened in N4. If you can Reset out of it, it would not be as annoying.
Quick OT question: The hot-cold thing with HellLois perople keep mentioning, can anyone point me to where I can find that? Was that on FB, YT, Twitch the forum? Grateful for a link if there is one.
I did a summary of it with a link to it if you want to read it for yourself here: https://forum.corvusbelli.com/threads/new-n4-rules-so-far.37496/#post-349112
It's probably also worth pointing out they were off-the-cuff responses from just one of the developers, not to be taken as history gospel.
Off-the-cuff responses in a second language in a limited written format where sometimes humor fails to translate.
I am a simple person. I just want to know which armies/sectorial are going out of production in time just to stock them up: I already lost the train on the two-people starter sets(fortunately enough I managed to get Red Veil but not the others before Wildfire) simply because CB has said nothing about and didn't trust the rumors I found....
And while neither Caledonia nor USARF got mentioned explicitly, folks on the Ariadnia subforum are def expecting one of them to get retired given Kosmoflot. I was thinking Kosmoflot's reuse of other sectorials' units might mean nothing else gets the axe but I seemed to be in the minority. I really wish they would confirm things one way or another.
Caladonia for sure. No question that it retires when space russians launch. US has a pretty big following, newest models and most stable rules.
