As the armoury is infinitely high aro pieces are less effective, instead of grunt snipers t2 blackjack would be better as he can both aro and shot the doors off so you can walk in. You want to bring at least one Traktor Mul with Katyusha and a linked Grunt with a Light Grenade Launcher. That will clear out the room for you. I second the Blackjack as well.
Flamers! Marauders bring heavy flamers. Minutemen bring even more light flame throwers. In a link they get more burst. I actually like Minutemen in this mission. The Missile Launcher can blow down the door pretty effectively, and they're loaded down with flamethrowers for clearing out the room.
