I see Jumper rule's had a total rework, and now 10 order ALEPH group can hold up to three powerful Posthumab Proxies without suffering G:Jumper order loss. So they are basially count as one trooper, not eating up group capacity?

I know its a simple question, but I would like to confirm this. Thanks.

Yes, they take only one spot, they generate one order, they not costly, but they have a weaknesses on ARO (only one active Proxy).
also you can reserve them as single trooper in a deployment, & as G:Jumper say their order can be "stocked' in a netrod if all of the proxies bodyes are unawailable.
