JSA box gives us two ryūken, but only one with ODD and FD l2. So, did any one make a conversion to run two of them? What modes would suit for a conversion?
I'm using combirifle Zhanshis from the old Yu Jing starter. Painted them red and consider them volunteers for the just cause (enslaved POWs forced to fight against their motherland).
Take the Batou HRL Ryuken-9 and give him the breaker pistols from the Authorized Bounty Hunter. Or just use the Authorized Bounty Hunter itself. I personally took the kneeling Kanren Hacker, green stuffed her hacking visor to match the 5-dot visor of the female Ryuken-9, then swapped her Combi for an SMG. The result was pretty dynamic and looks good alongside the other one. Sorry for the filter... This is left over from the Kurage campaign: Though the best conversion I've seen is done by @nehemiah ...
@barakiel is there a picture? Converting kneeling kanren is a very nice idea, I guess, I'll make mine this way. BTW, what filter was that? Looks great.
I'll see if I can find a picture of Nehemiah's work. The filter is is called "thota vaikuntam" and is usable in the Prisma photo app for mobile.
In this case, I made a mold and cast it from greenstuff. But I know the Wu Ming box also comes with one, and that's probably most ideal to use for conversions.
I use Andromeda w/ some bad GS work for a replacement hand. I also use the twin assault pistol Uxia sculpt because why only run two of the best unit in faction?
Wow, I bow down to your expert-level GS-fu! And using Trasimedes as the base model makes the finished conversion look like Togusa.
My ryuken. The girl is a danavas hacker with smg arm from an old defiance games marine kit (helped that the danavas has short "sleeves") and some GS. The other is an old Moran Massai. Again, DG marine arm and GS.
