I have held a tournament and entered all info in OTM, including the respective stats for each player and round. Saving the info doesn't work. The event is still in the browser cache, but loading it from "the cloud" deletes all entered data. OTM tells me the event is pending report. But, how do I do that? I can't find any function that would do that. Thanks!
Hi! When you enter at the manager https://otm.corvusbelli.com/manager When you load from the cloud you bring to the manager the info of the cloud that its nothing, so thats the reason that deletes your data. You have to save in cloud. You also can save it in a file to keep the info save, and if you have any problem you can send us that file to check the problem. So in summary to report a tournament *Enter on the manager https://otm.corvusbelli.com/manager *click on event->open->server and load your tornament *enter all the data. and when you finish *click on event->save->cloud.
I've been trying these processes with an Escalation round, but saving it to the server seems to get me nowhere. It all clears after I save, and I can't report the event. What am I doing wrong?
I tried that with multiple browsers and now the event actually loads correctly from the cloud. But OTM still lists the event as "pending to report". Should I open a support ticket for this? And if so, how?
