Anyone see contact details for issues? I tried logging on when the system crashed now it won’t allow me to log in and says my details have been used if I try and register again.
It's almost always like this in the first day – a combo of the system not being ironed out yet and a huge influx of people getting on. My guess is the site wasnt ready for this traffic yet. Just give it 24 hours and Im sure everything will be properly working
Hi Guys Yes its coming online now - we had the scale the servers up yet again (every year we go bigger and every year you guys bust it lol) The sign up issue was a cached table, that should be solved now let us know if its not at help@ontabletop.com Enjoy folks :)
If we ended up signing up with new credentials due to the error will it be possible to get it changed to the old credentials/have the account deleted so we can reup with the old credentials?
Holy shit! Are we supposed to get the old account from previous campaigns?? As I could not login with the old account ("no user found" or whatever) I created a new one with the same login/email. It worked fine after a couple of attempts - did I do smthg wrong here?
