    Pretty self explanatory question!

Assuming they aren't unconscious or immobilized, sure. Who meets these requirements, though?

Yeah, that works. That isn't repairing, though, that's removing a state.

well since doctors can heal themselves, engineers can engineer themselves.

Engineer + servitor, Engineer gets IMM2 due to glue. The engineer can declare move+remove state, and what happens is that the servitor moves, touches the engineer and applies the controller's roll to remove the state, while the engineer executes 2 inactions.

    It´s also wrong.
As stated in immobilized state, you can not declare the short-skill to remove the state.

It's not wrong (I'm fairly certain that it's been clarified several times). Technically what happens if you fail a 'you're not allowed to declare something' rule is that it becomes an Idle. The core interaction is that it's legal to make invalid declarations.

    antes mencionadas.

Eng rulebook pg 179 (pdf, 178 for regular numbering):
Troopers in the Immobilized-1 state cannot declare Short
    Movement Skills other than Discover.
» Troopers in this state cannot declare Attacks nor any Short
Skills other than Reset, Regeneration, Sensor, AutoMediKit, or
those that state so explicitly in their description.
» Immobilized troopers cannot declare Entire Order Skills.
» Automatic Special Skills and Automatic Equipment continue
to work, but the trooper must still respect all declaration
    restrictions.

I left out the last point, about IMM troops still giving their order to the pool.

Anyway, as usual, there is a difference between how the spanish and english rulebooks use wording. "Realizar" can be translated as "perform, do, carry out, implement, realize, accomplish, fulfill, execute, achieve, etc...".

Considering that the game is written in spanish, then translated, despite not being any official posture on a version being "the reference one", and considering the clarification inane.imp has made...

I am not sure if we thought of this interaction when we checked the wording, I will see if we can get a clarification for that.

In Spanish, yes without a doubt.

In English, it seems like no.

And I just remembered that the same happens with Marksmanship-X interacting with saturation zones XD

How is the engineer skill being performed? The G:Servant doesn't have the skill and it's made quite clear that the specialist is acting "through" the REM while it essentially idles. If the Engineer is immobilised and unable to even declare the skill, let alone carry it out, I don't see how s/he could remove the IMM state.

    Outside of the rules.

But again, "he moves his eyes and the tracking systems in his glasses lets him select the right subroutine the Servitor has loaded".
Like how a Hacker controls an enemy TAG using a Gameboy.

You can like the answer, you can reject it. As long as Corvus does not give a fully made FAQ, of which they are very reluctant (and fans of "that's for N4"), you are stuck with believing those who bother searching through the rules and discuss it, presenting the options as they are, or looking for excuses to do it your way.
