Playing a 300p Hunting Party next Friday with either O-12 or Dashat against Aleph or Tak. High risk or facing Achilles+Dasyu Lt.
I want to get out of my comfort zone a bit so I'm asking for list suggestions :)

Sadly this trick doesn't work in Hunting Party, as the identity of your Lieutenant is public info thanks to the scenario special rules. So you can pretend to be whatever you want, but you still have to identify your LT to your opponent.

Well, there are a couple things I'd recommend in general for Hunting Party, no matter the faction:
    1. Sensor: Being able to reveal Camouflage LTs reliably is a major boon, as it can prove incredibly difficult to Hunt Down those LTs otherwise. In Dahshat this duty falls solely on the Rafiq, but luckily with a Red Fury loadout this isn't that big a liability.
    2. V: Dogged/NWI: Especially on your specialists, this ability makes it much more difficult to be hunted down since you can't be put into Unconscious and made an easy target. In Dahshat this means Zhencha and Hulang, though they have the drawback of being hackable. Use primarily if you expect light hacking resistance or are comfortable rooting out and killing enemy hackers.
    3. Engineers: Being able to remove IMM-1 can completely swing a game around. For Dahshat that's Dozers and Najjarun, and I wouldn't consider it crazy to take one of each plus a couple Nasmats to keep your forces mobile.
    4. Deployment Zone Intruders: in most cases you're going to have to get into your opponent's DZ to hunt down their LT successfully. For Dahshat I would strongly consider McMurrough and/or Saito Togan, the latter of which can CC with his Stun Pistol on 27s for easy takedowns as well as shoot people with his TO Camo Adhesive Launcher. McMurrough similarly gets an Adhesive Launcher for being a Character (and therefore Veteran), but sadly lacks a Stun Pistol. Bashi Bazouk are also great in this mission for last-minute immobilizations and objective grabs.
    5. Camouflage: Especially on your specialists and LT, camouflage will save your butt against getting hunted down. Unfortunately Dahshat lacks camo LTs, but they have a good number of camo specialists available.
    6. Adhesive Ammo: Pretty obvious, but it can't be Reset out of and is usually pretty cheap. Dahshat luckily has the fantastic Authorized Bounty Hunter with Akrylat-Kanone to do some gluing.

So in total I'd heartily recommend the following units to be a part of your game plan:

RAFIQ REMOTE Rifle + Light Shotgun, Sniffer / Electric Pulse. (0 | 16)
    ZHĒNCHÁ (Forward Observer) Boarding Shotgun, D-Charges / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 37)
SAITO TOGAN Combi Rifle, Smoke Grenades / Pistol, EXP CCW, Knife. (0 | 39)
    DOZER Rifle, Akrylat-Kanone / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 14)
    BOUNTY HUNTER Submachine Gun, Akrylat-Kanone / Breaker Pistol, Knife. (0 | 12)

    Hope that helps :)

    Some things to add.

Saito Togan, being a character (veteran) gets an ADHL.

Sforza unfortunately can't make use of double ADHL because the one he has is ADHL+Viral Rifle. However, he has the advantage of being able to be in a core fireteam with a BS13 and can surprise shot.

Miranda also gets an ADHL and can be in a core, but has the advantage of the ODD as well.

    Here's a list I would use.

Brawler Lt. with a Brawler ENG near by. Miranda as I said above to take advantage of core bonus and ODD. Then of course ABH to fill.

Sforza (looking like an ABH or even another Zuyong) running with the Zuyong haris.

Val on her own but can't join core if needed.

    Saito is the spear point.

Group 2 has the Irregulars so that I can use coordinate order to put down mines/repeaters/E-Mauler.

Argh, I forgot about that. I really hope "+" weapons go away with N4, they lead to lots of unintuitive gotchas like this one.

I agree but it's also a way for them to not have something abused. Can you imagine Sforza having Burst 3 ADHL? Then with his X-visor he'd be gluing guys all over the place! Now that I think of it...

It's completely arbitrary what weapons get designated as "+" rather than just separated, and the fact that it causes an in-game distinction is silly. And don't even get me started about

    ZÚYǑNG Combi Rifle + 1 TinBot B (Deflector L2) / 2 Breaker Pistols, Knife. (0.5 | 30)

Because I'd love someone to explain how the Tinbot fits on her Rifle.

Well I don't think that's what's intended. But it is something that needs to be cleaned up. It can even be as simple as Spanish-English thing. 1st edition used to have 1,5 instead of 1.5 for SWC because that's they way it's done in Spain i guess.
