Oh, I've missed a K1 MMR rifle.... (I wanted to start complainging about Vargs's close range weapons, and inability to remove MSV2 snipers). Ok, Vargars have Sensor+WildParrot profile. They are actually quite good.
Spitfire and HRL aren't that close ranged, either :P In general I really like this particular mix, Vargars are clear stars here. On a whole this looks like a TOTAL FIREPOWER sectorial.
It's funny that among all that HI, and SHI (S5 HI) the guy with 2 Feubarach is ... LI xD I suspect this decision was made by the same guy who gave ML to Extremaly Impetues crazy poor knights ;P

Actually expect a bunch of changes and missing new Skill(combinations) we'll have to wait for till N4. Hidden Deployment being unrelated to Camo for instance. Almost dead certain one of the ODD troops will have that and it's missing from the YJ Camo guy who is confirmed to have it. Overall mostly missing the reworks/Sval only Profiles for existing troops like Jotum, Nisse and Fusiliers. All the other weird stuff is probably temporary bugs (Locust has 2 AHD Profiles, 1 of them 3 points cheaper and 0 SWC - that's definitely going to be a KHD) or transition problems with pricing profiles designed for N4 with N3 backwards compatibility.
As Tesla pointed out, if Locust or Nokk hidden deploy becomes a thing I think they'll go a long way for keeping these troops alive on the reactive turn, there is also a decent amount of minelayer for PanO, which is for interesting. I think these things combined with a ton of DZ firepower gives sval a good chance of being competitive.
Karhu - Great unit. Excellent in vanilla and the Sectoral, the Medic and Engineers are fantastic objective grabbers and the double Feurbach with mines will crack TAGs and HI really well, which will be very useful in future. Plus DUAL FEUERBACH that's bangin. Think of it like this; PanO has an MSV1 Mimetism Climbing Plus BS 13 Autocannon. That's really good. That's Tankhunter good. Okay Tankhunters have camo which is awesome but they are slower, they are less mobile, they have inferior stats etc. Nokken - ODD and FD with decent stats and a variety of useful profiles. Killer Hackers are good. Minelayer is good. Spitfire is good. Lot of good stuff here. If you want a button pusher who starts up the board in PanO you're looking at Locusts, Croc Men and these guys and these guys are cheaper than the others. 25pts for that FO is a bargain, short range killer, long range nasty ARO etc. Infirmarers - I guess Vargr - Very interesting and a lot to digest but I suspect these guys are awesome and really fun/interesting to use Boyg - Yeahhh boyg this is cool. Full Auto Missile Launcher! The Mk12 is probably a slightly better profile in reality but they're good and fun. I like em. Duo is relevant so you can drag a specialist too.
Yeah...no. N3 was supposed to make Bolts some ungodly powerful thing with Drop Bears. We've all seen how that played out. Everything can't always be "wait and see what N<insert next edition number here> does!".

@Teslarod I think FA Mk12 Boyg need a honorable mentions for being HI HMG/Spitfire for 0 SWC... on the other hand he costs 55 pts ... which is kinda ridiculous on it's own. As much as I hate CB cheating their own formula, at least we can have a piece of the cake too.
even still, minelayer + DZ firepower is pretty decent defense. I think the biggest problem is non-link team active turn shooters. theres really no Rambo supremacy piece. but that's maybe alright, it works for Varuna
In Svala the ORCs have Fireteam: Core and Fireteam: Haris in their base stats / abilities. So why are there extra haris skill options? :D
Also: KoJ ML vs Boyg ML. It would seem that we are really missing something here (N4 probably) as the Boyg would make little sense versus fully operational battle station linkable KoJ.
