Someone needs to have the Haris skill for it to be a legal Haris, could be a Zhuyong or a Wildcard, but without the skill the Fireteam can't be formed.
The Haris profile can't be a Wildcard (Shang Ji) after the most recent FAQ. The Yan Huo special fireteam must include a Zuyong Haris, but after that you can substitute any of the Yan Huo for Wildcards.

The Forum clarification only affected Core teams. The FAQ amended that clarification by adding that the troop providing the Haris or Duo skill determines the type of the fireteam. So, any team with only a Shang Ji Haris providing the skill is automatically a Shang Ji fireteam, meaning it cannot include any non-Shang Ji or Wildcard members, and can't be a "Zuyong + Yan Huo Special" because that team is listed under Zuyong and not Shang Ji. In brief, the Shang Ji Haris profile has lost a large part of its ability to substitute for the Zuyong Haris.
I do not think this FAQ changes anything for Invincible Army. The Yan Huo special Haris isn't limited to type of Fireteam, but to specific models and swapping in a Shang-Ji Haris instead of the Zuyong isn't going to matter as long as you still have a Yan Huo FTO in there somewhere. Similarly, the restriction on the Guijia is "Guijia + Krit", not "Zuyong Duo", and as such should be perfectly fine with Guijia + Shang-Ji.
Ug I can't belive it's still unclear. Why can't they say Wildcards can / cannot replace troops with Haris or Duo skill. This is why Wildcard should be an actual skill!

That's not legal, no. Since the Guijia doesn't have Duo you have to take Krit in the team. After that you can sub out the Guijia for any Wildcard.
*tears hair out* The fireteam doesn't even specify that Krit has to have Duo, it only demands a Krit FTO profile
