Can a trooper with Total Immunity, that suffers a successful hit from a combi rifle, roll the save using their BTS attribute? This was never answered in the other thread before it was closed, contrary to what @psychoticstorm said. @ijw's opinion is not law. Unless I'm mistaken. No further discussion or opinion required. I'm only looking for an official ruling from the CB staff please. @HellLois @Koni
LoL. You will wait long. We just have had FAQ and not we have a grand new set of questions to solve (after Deadalus's Fall). As a side not if I'm not mistaken @ijw actually is a CB employee.
CB has long had a policy of "just read the rules better" for things they consider to be clearly answered by the rules, so expect a long wait.
Did you read the topic, I don't want your opinion. I started a new thread. Don't come here with your toxic attitude trying to pick a fight. I have a policy of "Running tournaments according to my understanding of the rules" for things I consider to be unclear within the rules. So if CB ever expect me to change the way those tournaments are run without an actually ruling/FAQ, they're the ones in for a long wait.
No specifics, I'm paraquoting Bostria from an interview way back. Don't known about what smoke issue you mean and the NWI+Shock ruling was due to a departure from their policy. I don't think they care as long as you guys are having fun when using their product.
Well, people go here because they care about the interaction with the community. If someone's being disruptive, that means their interaction with the community is being disrupted.
Smoke ammo removes label "attack" from a skill. Now the question is if imepteues units can actually throw smoke on impeteus order due to a fact that smoke tossing is not an attack (also confirmed with smoke being usable on stunned units).
The swiss cheese that is these rules certainly keeps my mind active. Thanks for that one. @eciu Can you please link me to that discussion if there is one? I'm always intrigued by the justifications on both sides of these arguments.
Because rules says so. Smoke and Speculative Fire Certain weapons that use Smoke Special Ammunition allow the user to use the Speculative Fire Common Skill. In that case, the Common Skill Speculative Fire works normally, even though it is a Special Dodge and not an Attack. https://forum.corvusbelli.com/threads/impetues-order-and-smoke.26383/
What do you mean? I’m stating the facts. Can you please cite where I’m trying to pick a fight? You not understanding the rule isn’t the same as the rule question wasn’t answered. :/
You're ignoring my request in this topic. You talk about me not understanding the rule... did you not understand my request? See the quotes below. @psychoticstorm I'd appreciate you removing his posts instead of closing another thread. Otherwise, what else do you want me to do here?
