I think the problem there is that it's the display packaging for the stores. Plus it helps make sure the person filling whatever orders grabs the right stuff. Wow, surprising that the first commandment was that "Karakuri cannot be a robogeisha." I would really love to get an easier-to-assemble resculpt. But I still want to chase down one of those original Karakuri blisters, just because.
What original blister though? If I understand correctly, the sculpt shown in the article is included in the Karakuri box (the one on the right side).

Psychotic Storm and IJW collaborate closely with CB and have direct connection with Gutier, who has the ultimate decisión about anything rules and army composition related. From those three you have named, I would only consider Koni as a reliable source. Bostria has a huge mess inside his head with different testing versions, and HellLois is responsible for ITS only. Besides I wouldn't trust someone who creates scenario rules for a competitive environment that automatically made an army like MO extremely good kidnapping people while an army like ISS, that lorewise should be experts at that, can barely kidnap if it's not because of their most expensive officers.

Well in theory Saito is still a runaway form the big Ninja clans that are the clans that went with JSA so he might not be in much favour and trust there, but truth is I do not know if it is a change or an unintentional bug that persisted for a long time in both PDF and Army, what I do know is it was confirmed to me that Saito specialist profile not been in JSA was intentional and not a bug.
That would mean he both slipped into the PDF, then into army, then CB did not "fix" it after numerous conversations about it's inclusion, CB saw all of the ITS data and very clearly knew it was included, and then after a year chose to remove him despite being a staple in probably half of lists? A few of us find that frankly very difficult to believe. Occam's Razor suggests it was accidentally removed and they're digging their heels in now to not be wrong.
I'd feel so much more comfortable with all of this if we could just get Tanko in a Keisotsu link. It still bothers me that Ikari got the best of that deal.
It's impossible to know unless they choose to tell us, which they're not obligated to do, but an equally simple and plausible explanation (ignoring the idea that his inclusion was never accidental in the first place) is that it was included by mistake, they left it in to evaluate if it was a good idea and ultimately decided it wasn't and took him back out.
Based on all of the feedback in this thread, it looks like taking him out was a much worse idea than leaving him in.
This is why I'm actually using the female CSU models for them. Icestorm, BS and the HVT from the Pano Vs Haqq box gives you a great looking Haris team.
I was hoping that they'd go for more of a "T-800" look rather than "robo-geisha" when they do a resculpt.
