So, I play enough factions now that it seems silly to have everything in separate threads by faction. I'm not sure why I started doing that once we moved to the new forum. Oh well. I'm putting everything in here from now on.

Without further ado, here's my first Yu Jing battle report! Thanks to @natetehaggresar for helping me break them in.

    Hulang Holding Action

    Mission: Unmasking
Forces: Yu Jing versus Tunguska Jurisdictional Command (300)

I really enjoyed my first foray into vanilla Yu Jing. It's kinda like Vanilla Nomads with less tricksyness and more face punching. Definitely more HI as well.

If you're looking for the other threads, here they are:
    As always, thanks for reading.

Thanks to @natetehaggresar for another game. I was dusting off my French in preparation for a trip, and Nate helped me shake off some rust.

    Souffle Fail

    Mission: Acquisition
Forces: Force de Réponse Rapide Merovingienne versus Tunguska Jurisdictional Command

Not my finest work, but cover a collapsed souffle with some icing sugar and you're good, right? Right?

Went to Hong Kong, brought my French. Some lovely folks in HK, and a very nice, if non-traditional, LGS there to enjoy.

Game one was versus REM-heavy Tunguska with Hollow Men...

    Raoul, Hunter or Hunted?

    Mission: Frontline
Forces: Force de Réponse Rapide Merovingienne versus Tunguska Jurisdictional Command (300)
And game two was versus IA versus the death star link with 15 orders in a single combat group...

    Metro PUUUNCH!

    Mission: Frontline
Forces: Force de Réponse Rapide Merovingienne versus Invincible Army (300)
Thanks again to the lovely Hong Kong meta for being great hosts!

Here's yet another table you might see at Rose City Raid 2019, complete with Nimbus zone generators. It also was a nice rematch between my JSA and @TheDiceAbide's Druze. Thanks to @Ignovus for giving me the inspiration to pull my JSA out of the cabinet again. Really tight game, right down to the last turn. Hope you enjoy!

    Druze Debt Collection Redux
    Mission: Unmasking
Forces: Japanese Secessionist Army versus Druze Bayram Security (300)

Finally putting that O-Yoroi I got at Emerald City Incursion Mk II (thanks again, @Ignovus!) on the table versus @TheDiceAbide's double Raicho list. Lots of heavy metal (literally) on the table and lots of carnage.

    R&B Raicho and Beam Saber
    Mission: Show of Force
Forces: Japanese Secessionist Army versus Morat Aggression Force (300)

    Hope you enjoy!

    That's a brutal first turn.
Did you reactivate the Aragato at the end after the mine was dropped?

Yeah, it was pretty brutal. I did activate the Aragoto at the end. I had a few orders left. I attempted a move-dodge, failed the dodge and ARM. If I had passed either, I would've climbed up to the top of the roof and attempted to LSG down the Vanguard to get the datatracker kill for the 10-0 win (and a board wipe).

That's what I was guessing, but wasn't sure by the wording.

I updated it to be clearer. Was in a bit of a rush finishing up the report. Thanks for the feedback!

Had a game versus some CHA. It has a bit of a silly outcome at the end (which is funny but not interesting from a learning/improvement perspective), but I try to do a bit of a deeper dive on the CHA matchup at the end. I haven't solved it, but I can definitely tell you it's a tough one.

    A Step Too Far
    Mission: Frontline
Forces: Japanese Secessionist Army versus Caledonian Highlander Army (300)
I switched up my usual "Notes" section at the end. I'm trying something new. It's a bit rambling now, but I think as I do it more it will become more focused.

Blitzed through another battle report. Someone wanted a game the day after a two day tournament, and I didn't want to leave them hanging...

    Kitsune, Gardener of Artichokes
    Mission: Deadly Dance
    Forces: JSA versus Tohaa (300)

We were practicing for an upcoming Deadly Dance showdown, so I cobbled together something from the minis that I hadn't unpacked from Best of the PNW. Not the most nuanced game, but there are some takeaways about how to defend against Kitsune.

@xammy gave me a great game with his VIRD counts as NCA (in terms of playstyle) versus my JSA. Lots of good metagame and personal growth lessons for myself. I didn't explore all of the stuff, but I'll work it in as I digest it more over the next few games. I'm trying to clear my battle report log so I can get back to painting for Adepticon.

Since both Best of the Pacific Northwest canceled our usual Saturday tournament in Sherwood, Oregon, I ran a Showdown, Soldiers of Fortune, Deadly Dance tournament during the weekly game nights at Portland Game Store and Glimpses of Wonder and Warfare to make up for it.

I took a named character only Ariadna list, which we're calling the Unexpenables because the only way you can defend with them is to piece trade, and you definitely don't want to do that at all. What's worse is I was facing CHA across the table...

    The Unexpendables
    Mission: Deadly Dance
Forces: Ariadna versus CHA (300, Soldiers of Fortune)

Had a great practice game of Supplies with my JSA versus @Zelaponeepus's HB. I made some minor mistakes that snowballed throughout the game, and wrote a long (hopefully not but likely rambling) report about it. Definitely feels like I'm getting in my own way a lot in recent games...

    Avalanche Trigger
    Mission: Supplies
    Forces: JSA versus HB (300)

    Feedback welcome.

Took JSA to Adepticon 2019, faced ISS, OSS, USARF, and TAK. Took a pretty middling list and used it through the whole tournament. Was happy with my usage of the Shikami in most cases, and had a great time.

Adepticon 2019 - ITS Championship Tournament Report
    Game 1 - Whammy
    Mission: Power Pack
    Forces: JSA versus ISS (300)
Game 2 - The Legend of Rhonda Burgundy
    Mission: Decapitation
    Forces: JSA versus OSS (300)
Game 3 - Super Jump Delight
    Mission: Supplies
    Forces: JSA versus USARF (300)
Game 4 - The Grand Melee
    Mission: Firefight
    Forces: JSA versus TAK (300)

All in all, placed 7th out of 50 or so. I'll take it.

Sat down with a newer player on game night to slow roll a Recon+ game. Lots of discussion, take backs, and fun times! Can't recommend it enough as a teaching format.

Brought Foreign Company to the table against @xammy's VIRD recently. Lots to learn about Foreign Company, but so far I like them!

    It's all Foreign to Me!
