Red seems to match the new JSA colours. Plus she fits in with her bros’ colour scheme. Glowing blue could be cool too, however depends on how you painted other guys in your army for it to fit in
TOKUSETSU BUTAI These guys are in to lend a hand to my JSA! Packing body bags and sweeping up trash lol! Bit of a slog and rushed to get through them to be honest. Given that these sculps are pretty dated it was hard to be inspired by them. Especially the male Tokusetsu: Proportions are really out of whack with small head, short stature, giant gun, one bulging arm and five fingers WTF? This guy reminded me of working back on a gen 1 Space Marine Techmarine (Ugly but necessary to have lots of them in order to field vehicles in an army back in the old days of 40K). I just wanted to get them done asap and out of the way to clear space for some more exciting things that are computer sculpted and at proper infinity level awesome quality. Was happy though with the unit markings I devised to denote doctor and engineer roles. Sorry I didnt reply earlier, but I dont know the names of the paints colours. Here is pic of my blue pallete:
MIYAMOTO MUSASHI Travelling costume version (Autumn Night). Not gonna add that extraneous "h" to the spelling of this legend's name. Love this guy. Spoiler: More Pics Colour scheme ispired by original Musashi depicted in japanese art: Chose to reverse the top to light blue and the bottom to dark blue in order to match the Corvus Belli concept more closely. Rear artwork inspired by Jpanese fabric landscape:
MIYAMOTO MUSASHI Aristeia costume version (Summer Day). He may not be a show off, but he is a badass! Spoiler: More Pics Colour scheme followed the Corvus Belli concept more closley, but after research it seems that they were already inspired by the original. Miyamoto Musashi self portrait as an old man: The artwork on the back was inspired by a famous waves print as well as another print I found that included the sun. Summer Day and Autumn Night Costume Musashi Spoiler: More Pics (Rear Artworks) Musashi has been my favourite Infinity project so far. If only there were a couple more Musashi sculpts, I could paint the other seasons... Well there is the Aristeia version, but how can I get my hands on a metal sculpt these days? After that another sculpt? Who knows... One day...
Uhm, I think Miniature Market in the US still has a couple of the LE metal Aristeia boxes, and then that leaves you with the original blister. Try Amazon for that, I found one for $11. ( yes, I am contributing to the delinquency... )
Very Annoying the old pics are broken. So want to update my JSA log. Same stuff as miniature pages, but I like to dot my "i"s and cross my "t"s when I get a chance :-)
