Looking at the new classifieds it seems like Marauders will be auto include for a lot of missions. You get the FD2, Veteran Troops, MI that are needed for some, MSV for others plus a paramedic. Toss in Rosie and a Foxtrot FO or 2 to move up with the link and you have most things covered.
Bringing two rockets will effectively let you start in the ideal range band with MSV1 and likely in cover. With LOS to most of their board edge. That is scary.

Yeah, normally I'm the only one who'll point out the strengths of the Minutemen x visors, light flame etc... I got nothin' for this. I'm buying more Marauders.
Minutemen have still got some advantages. They do long range firepower better than Marauders and with HMGs and Missile Launchers you don't want to be getting closer! But yes Marauders definitely seem very appealing now.
Suddenly having a TO MSR with Infilatration to almost depoy in USARF DZ (as close as possible) seems like valid-counter strategy xD
Regarding harris, which one will you go for now ? Harris with molotol to enjoy starting in your good range or still harris with HRL for defense ?
You know I really can't see it at all now. If you are thinking of bring the HMG you should just take the blackjack. He is only useful now as a last ditch LT, but you really only want that with Capt America. I can't really justify the ML profile without taking a link and Grunt and Marauder core is too good now to pass up. The only profile still worth it is the AP rifle suppressive fire. But you can kinda of do that better with cheap o desperado SMG. I def like, the Molotok shotgun, flamer now. But this is because I can get 2 LRL from Rosier or a Maverick upclose right away as well.
So... people in TAK speculation mentioned that USARF has nothing going for them right now. Talk about a pleasant surprise.
Well, i was more of a HRL person but now i want to give the Molotok Harris a spin... starting in good Range could be too good to pass.
