AD and Biotechvore

    Three questions;

    - If you AD4, do you suffer the -3 penalty?
    - If you AD2, do you suffer the -3 penalty?

    - If so, as I'm reading it, failing a PH roll for AD (with or without the biotechvore failure bonus) would make you appear anywhere in your DZ?

    Yes but it stacks with the modifier with your skill. So a wash and a -6, respectively.

    Neither AD2 nor AD4 have any built-in PH MODs, so it will be -3 in both cases.
