I was looking for the jankiest REM to put the +9CC Bonus from the Remdriver on, and found that Fiddler's Jackbots have the highest CC of any REM at 16. What they don't have, however, is a weapon which they can use in CC. I don't see a rule in N4 that allows "bare hands" attacks, so why do they 1) have a CC value at all and 2) have the highest CC value of any REM? Did CB really just want the lols of a player trying for a CCW on the Panoply with a Jackbot?
they, like a lot of remotes and other things, have a built in tazer like system that shocks whoever attacks it.
Usually that is represented in the rules via a Para CCW. Jackbots lack a CCW of any kind. Hence this thread.
Like how Gakis, Taighas and Pretas have a BS value? They could still loot stuff from Panoplies every so often.
One time I had a pupnik pull a HMG from the Armory. He's BS4, but he managed to kill a Khawarij with it
I guess if they go into CC it beats their dodging PH in a FTF, even though they can't do damage. Para CCW would have been cool tho
One of the Requirements of CC Attack is to "Be using a Melee Weapon, a Skill, or piece of Equipment that allows for a CC Attack," so I don't think the Jackbots can declare CC Attack in the first place. Even though they really really want to show off their kung fu.
