I have not used it as much as I would like in N4. I have been toying the idea of using it as a center of a network. Maybe 3-4 daylamis, maybe a Nadhir/shujae, with the Maggie advancing in the middle and being able to easily replenish deployables?

Nope, she can actually use it on herself and drop a shit ton of mines on the table. Move, launch 2 mines at once, reload, repeat.
Mine Dispenser profile FTW. Launch mines into the midfield, reload the dispenser with her own baggage skill, rinse and repeat. She can also SF with 360 visor but she's otherwise a pretty average TAG all things considered. She does fare better than most other tags in close quarters thanks to AP Heavy Pistol + Heavy Flamethrower.
My experience is still limited, but my Maggie won me a game of Supremacy because she alone took control of an enemy quadrant thanks to her Baggage skill.
