Given the significant changes after the Uprising, especially to Vanilla Yu Jing players, when do you expect a new Yu Jing release? It seems like the next unknown releases in August will most likely be a big box of Vedic and something else, maybe Russians. Any guesses on next release date and what we might see? Thanks!
In the Kurage Campain page they say: "2018 is a pretty intense year for INFINITY. It is a year that began with the promise of releasing five new sectorial armies and a vast wave of news for Corvus Belli throughout the year. We are keeping the machinery at full steam." If I remember right, he said NA2 armies did not count towards this 5 (including JSA). So far of the five there's Tungusta. There's still to come: TAK, Ramah Task Force, Vedic, Invincible Army, Varuna. Obviously one of those will not be this year. All I know is I'm not buying any more YJ until there's IA rules somewhere.
JSA counted, they've already confirmed this. So far we have JSA and Tunguska. TAK is a shoe in, they've been dropping blatant hints about them for a while now. Vedic and Ramah are looking like the next most likely candidates for the last two slots as they're dropping new models and profiles for those two factions at the moment.
Yeah like @entropolous said, we're supposed to get a SWC celestial box by the end of the summer and IA won't be released before 2019. Now, we might get a few things in the meantime mind you, but nothing has been announced yet.

They are booring, offer no gameplay variation and people like to use them to justify your faction getting no new profiles.
Pretty much what Aldo said. At this point what's missing isn't new sculpts, but new profiles. Yu Jing has had plenty of new sculpts the past years, but with game play ailing it's not sculpts that necessarily needed.
I dunno man, that Zanshi SWC box was truly the pinnacle of useful Yu Jing releases this last two years. Truly an awesome box of good sculpts, great profiles that you want on every list. CB are even recommending it to new players on their webzone!
Seeding cross in winter is a bad idea. IE, Why the ever living fuck did they not prepare IA stuff before ripping JSA out. Not saying they had to release at the exact same time, but ready to go 6ish months later with some information instead of radio silence and provocation. Dumb, dumb move from CB, and it's actually impacting all of the YJ playerbase - no-one likes being upset about this, but they are, and their frustration is making the others frustrated, who in turn lash out, etc, etc Terribly handled. Point being, they should have planted in spring (ie, when they the good karma from YJ players) and had some information for during the winter (ie, during the Uprising and "rough year") to tide people over.
Not going to bite. I have no problem with that one (except that they were Zhanshis and not Celestial Guards, the latter would have been a lot more timely) Not going to argue there, Yu Jing have-had some of the oldest and most dated models, but the irritating part is that the number of new releases, teasers if you will, have been nill since the axing. (Almost wrote "decimation", but JSA split was significantly more than a decimation) It's doing it the wrong way around, the releases prior to the split built up hype for IA and then Treason happened and completely snubbed the hype they built up with Yan Huo new release and the other IA releases from 2016 and 2017 such as Zuyong Multi Rifle from Red Veil and the standalone HMG.
Man, one can set the clock on your YJ post. We get it, apparently your rectum is bleeding. Sheesh! As to the OP, we just got the new support box and the Celestial Guards SWC are coming this summer but if you mean all new profiles then I’m afraid it’s early 2019 and nothing this year. :( I honestly still don’t understand why they would tease and talk so much about IA being millimetres away from being released, only to then split up YJ and push back the entire release. It would make much more sense to release the IA moments after JSA and include fluff about how the IA were used as a hammer and anvil strike force to quell the uprising or something (where they then would release the sectorial as a result), rather than the abysmal lore with making ISS look like Skeletor and friends.
Why a new Celestial SWC box? Why don't they come out with some stuff that's never had a sculpt instead of the second of others? I want a Zhanying with some more madtraps! Hell, even just a Zhanying that I don't have buy a flipping box set to get.
Well, there already is a separate Zhanying blister. Also, aren't we supposed to receive some new fancy HI sometime late this year/early next year? Or has that been scrapped?
