I assumed this would've been fixed in the first few corrections to Army, but alas not. Dukash has a Shasvastii unit logo, but not the Shasvastii rule. Error or by design?
Nothing else about the profile really gives me pause to thing it wouldn't be a Shasvastii (like having Str or something).

Edit - I typo'd the title but can't seem to edit it... *eternal shame*

This is interesting. Logo of Dukash is in Shasvastii design, so I would expect that he would have Shasvastii skill. There must be some fluff reason for this.

I think that Ko-dali being included was a hint.

Sure, but she has a distinctly non-Shasvastii unit logo (and the Medchanoid @HellLois mentioned). I'm definitely curious to see what the Vashar Corps fluff is to explain the presence of non-Shasvastii members of a Shasvastii-integrated military unit.

Might just be adapted to an environment in such a way that they don't have embryos. Was also thinking of like "degenerate" genetics that mean the others don't want them to reproduce, but since it's a unique character I'd assume it's not a reject. :)

he is part of a "vashar corps"

vashar is a dnd term for a race that is the gods' first attempt at making humans, and they are basically darker more edgy humans.

that's what Google says anyway. makes sense to me, probably a shasvastii attempt to grow their own humans for infiltration purposes

Also entirely possible they're the Sepsitor Corps within CA.

I would expect them to have yellow or red icons in that case, like Ko Dali or Bit, rather than a perfectly normal looking purple and yellow Shasvastii logo.

I'm thinking it's the logo that's a "mistake". The design is aesthetically more like Norkias but with yellow and purple.
