Twin Weapons (using two of the same weapon for BS attacks) is an automatic skill gained just from having two identical ranged weapons. The second FAQ on the Twin Weapons page says that that does not apply to CC. http://infinitythewiki.com/en/Twin_Weapons Dual Weild, the approximately similar CC skill, is NOT granted automatically to models having identical weapons. So, no, Uxia doesn't get B2 CC attacks from having two Assault Pistols unless her profile says she has Dual Weild or some other skill that lets her do that.
@solkan Thanks for clarification. I double checked the rules again after posting and realized the FAQ bluntly stated the answer just a little too late.
