Hey there, Infinity forums! I'm a new player getting interested into Haqqislam and Ariadna and i'm figuring i'll continue getting models for the latter army-- How's everyone doing? I decided to join this forum because it looked like a great place to converse or share concerns; one of them is something I currently have. Thing is, though, being new to the forums, I'm uncertain as to where I should post my concern since there's only a news thread, a new players thread, and an events and tournaments thread. So, I guess I'll pose a quick question for all you guys and girls here. I recently had to contact CB about a missing Chasseur model from the Ariadna Starter pack box and they very politely sent one for me, but I have a question about it. Well, the package itself and the condition it arrived to my home. Take a look at this link to see some images I took of it. https://imgur.com/a/380M5aB My only question is as to whether or not this may be acceptable packaging, and if I should contact them again. I'm not big on doing this, however, because it might give CB the impression i'm trying to get free models (Which I wholly do not support.) Any response to this is highly appreciated! Anyway, thanks for taking the time to read through this, and I intend to keep going with Infinity-- it's a really neat and interesting skirmish game. As with the descriptor for Infinity's grenades; "The tactical possibilities are spectacular." Well, a bit of a trimmed quote, but it still applies extremely well.
Welcome to the forums! The Chasseur looks like whoever it was shipped through really did a number on it and tried to patch it up hoping you wouldn't notice. I'd contact Corvus Belli for a replacement, possibly with more substantial packaging now they know your mail is handled by feral barbarians! I've had a handful of mispacks shipped the same way with no damage or incident, though this was through the Royal Mail and Parcelfarce in the UK.
