I was very certain this had been answered officially, but I simply can't find it. From a rules perspective there is nothing that prevents this. Your HVTs never stops being neutral meaning your Doctors can use their Doctor skill to get them up as they remain a legal target of the skill. Your Paramedics, however, are only allowed to use their kits on allies which the HVTs are not. Doctor - Yes Medikit - No
As they are still an hvt from your perspective, does a failed doctor roll cause a loss of game? Or is that section completely removed?
