Unable to edit topic title.

    Subj. Unable to edit topic title. In previous forum it was available during opening post edit, now it`s completely unavailable. Only tags can be set and poll added.
    Please add this functionality in some way because I`ve already set temporary name for conversions archive.

    Topic title edit button is located at Threat tools -> Edit Title
