Heh. I just won a Zeta. So now I'm trying to make an O-12 list where the Zeta is the only actual O-12 unit...
The Zeta is the one thing I didn't get in the auction. Time to save up for it. I actually started the auction off by getting Beta troops because I thought they would be good proxies for Dokkaebi and Riksha. Then I got Fuzzbots for the same reason. Proxies for my Steel Phalanx. But near the end of the auction, after everyone’s blown their budget, A bag of 30+ O-12 comes up and I got it for the minimum price! I was going to revitalize my Ikari and Dashat but how can I pass up this?
Honestly I've always wanted an O12 force but money has kept me to Yu Jing and it's fringes. I wouldn't have started my Steel Phalanx if I wasn't given the Blackwind set.

Alpha, Cyberghost, and Parvati all feel like very effective units and are available in blisters. Strategos, HD+, and a specialist brick. Team Serious and Gangbusters are also solid choices, though it looks like you already have a BSG Gangbuster to use as a proxy. The Seriousbot combos really well with the Cyberghost giving you a midfield repeater to White Noise, Spotlight, and Oblivion through. Very little in O-12 is bad, high some options like Nyoka or Psi-Cop are better in Starmada where they can join a Fireteam.
Since I had credit and now know what I have, I stopped by the store and picked up the new Bixie and Cyberghost. I have the limited Bixie but she's for my YJ.
That looks good. Could you help me? I’d like to know if the size of Combi rifles of usual kappas male and female same or not. Because this question makes me worry and stops from getting o-12... yet. They are really nice. And I see, you have also Raptors. One of my favorite in o-12 to be honest)
If you plan to play Starmada, Hector is a blast to get. Having 2 Varangians anytime is also quite mandatory in O-12 usually.
One thing I noticed about this list is that you already have the ADHL Bluecoat at the top right of your photo, not great in Vanilla but a staple for Starmada. You already have one Varangian, but I'll echo @Lady Numiria in getting the other one. The Sekudroid and Sarko box is also really good for Starmada, but they're not in Vanilla (the Sekudroid is also a surprisingly chonky mini)
I'm not seeing a significant difference. One female is exactly the same asa the male. The female with the gun held down is very slightly bigger. And that was when I put the guns up against each other. Unfortunately only one devabot for the Raptors. I don't see myself playing more than one at a time but it would have been nice. I'm sure I will since I also have Steel Phananx now. I also want Hippolyta.
I've updated my Need List since I got Bixie, who was a Starmada need, and Cyberghost. For Varangian, I'm thinking of proxy with the spear Liang Kai. I don't have that one and I want some more Yu Jing representation lol. Besides, I love the figure. Yes the Sarko and Sekudroid seem like a must have. I think I'm going to concentrate on Starmada at first and then work into vanilla. I actually think the remotes are the next big thing to purchase. I love climb+ FO bots and TR HMG. I just realized I have a slight problem. These already have the figures attached to the bases. I usually do something like a resin base, green stuff texture, or texture paper. I'm not sure I want to pop them off the bases because they were glued directly to the base. the posts they had were cut off. Anyone have samples of what they have done?
