Can the targeted game state be applied on antennas in the Grid?

Common consensus is that they do not enter the targeted state due to the anntenas not being troopers.

Now prepare yourself for the "nth" time this will be argued about.

I know. :weary: I also think so but I want to cut the discussion in our local league short about that topic.

They enter the Targeted state, but all the Effects of Targeted state depend on being a trooper so it won't do a lot...

The same is true of the Disconnected state, and that works.

Moreover, nothing in Guided ammo says it has to be fired at a trooper.

Interestingly, the TOs at GenCon said that deployable equipment couldn't enter the targeted state, period.
