In N3, Flash Pulse was "included" with the Forward Observer skill. In N4, it is broken out, and added as equipment to the troopers' profiles. Is the omission of Flash Pulse on certain Forward Observer profiles intentional, or is it just another typo/omission/error/oversight? I found the following profiles that have Forward Observer, and NO Flash Pulse in their equipment: Hunzakuts Khawarij (Rifle; the Mk12 has it) Nadhir Zhencha Zenit-7 Detachment Vassily Plushenko Seed Soldiers Nyoka Crushers Raptors Kuroshi Rider
