I originally planned to go Nomads to do a mini-tag list, then I saw that Haqq is getting a mini-tag in the Shakush. I don't plan to play ITS, just casual games with friends, so in that context, is it possible to build a fun list using the Maghariba Guard and 2 Shakush + defensive hacker and engineer? I plan to tell my friends that I run TAG heavy so they can adjust their lists accordingly and aren't swamped by the armor, and we'll still be playing some kind of scenario, just not with the stricter ITS requirements that don't appeal to any of my friends..
