   Forgive me if this was answered, I couldn't find it. Is the Taagma spec-ops not supposed to have fire team: triad? Or is this an army bug?

   That's a bug, all specops should possess the rules of their base profile including Fireteam skills. I've added this to the Army Bugs thread.
