A model cannot declare the Synchronise Civilian short movement skill if it is has the impetuous characteristic or the frenzy characteristic and has become impetuous. However, a model can declare Synchronise Civilian if it has the frenzy characteristic but has not yet become impetuous. So, what happens if a model has has the frenzy characteristic but has not yet become impetuous, legally declares the Synchronise Civilian short skill, causes the civilian to enter the CivEvac state, and subsequently becomes impetuous? is the CivEvac state cancelled, or does it persist? If it persists, does the civilian activate when an impetuous order is used in a subsequent turn?
According to wording of cancelation of CivEvac state Cancellation This state is automatically and immediately cancelled if the Civilian fails a Coherency Check from the Controller before measuring movement, if any was declared. In the same way, the CivEvac state is cancelled at the end of the Order in which the Controller passes to Immobilized (IMM-1 or IMM-2), Isolated, Null, or any other state that indicates so. This state is also cancelled if the Controller enters a state that replaces the model with a Marker (Camouflage, TO, Impersonation, Holoecho...). The Controller can cancel the CivEvac state voluntarily just spending a Short Skill of the Order. The cancellation of this state provokes the Civilian to automatically enter the Immobilized-2 (IMM-2) state. The Immobilized-2 (IMM-2) state of a Civilian can only be cancelled by restoring the CivEvac state. The CivEvac state will persist and works just like Synchronized Impetuous If the Controller is, or becomes, Impetuous or Extreme Impetuous, then his Impetuous Order also activates the G: Synchronized trooper, which will be considered Impetuous or Extreme Impetuous as well.
