I have recently heard the Podcast White Noise episode with the Adepticon winner, who played Tunguska. He mentioned that if he superjumps most often his enemy doesn't benefit from cover. So my question would be, why shouldn't he. Because of flanking or even because with the higher position that the Hollow Man when he superjumps and is way above his enemy? Because of that he can most often see more than 2/3 of the geometric body of the silhouette even if the enemy is base to base with a piece of cover which, in any other case, would cover 1/3.
All of the above. But especially flanking people because they don't think about cover against someone jumping 6" up behind a building to their side.
