The voices in my head tell me that the Strelok with a K-9 unit can force people in unopposed CC rolls? How to do?

Also, if the above is true, can I do something similar with my Trauma Doc and her Palbot for an unopposed electric pulse from the Palbot for BM purposes?

    Thanks in advance.

    Yes.

    3. Both Strelok and K-9 move into B2B with Musashi
    4. Musashi declared MA5 CC Attack vs the K-9
    5. Strelok declares B2 CC Attack with his Knife
    6. No further AROs
    7. The rolls are not FTF so MA5 does nothing, Musashi is Burst 0 and the Strelok gets an unopposed opportunity to Knife Musashi.

The issue is that your opponent gets to choose which trooper gets the unopposed rolls. So you can't guarantee that they won't choose to target the Palbot rather than the Trauma Doc.

Technically/mechanically, burst has to be distributed as part of declaring CC Attack and since Miyamoto wasn't the subject to an attack (yet) Miyamoto's burst would be 0 regardless of which enemy declared the attack.

I am sure Miyamoto, Shinobu or Achilles wouldn't be able to split burst using MA4 in this case, but I can't actually find a restriction at present (and can't dedicate too much time to it)

It is basic mechanics. You declare ARO against one and only one enemy.

It is a mechanic that is stated in all other places where you gain burst in ARO except for Enhanced Reaction where they clarified/plugged the hole through an FAQ.

I expect this is meant to be true for CC as well, and that I'm just not able to find it atm, but at the same time all other CC instances are careful to have only one cc attacker and for that that attacker to be predictable which eliminates this uncertainty or *need* to split burst.
