If my spets shoots at a target with bioimmunity like an O12 Epsilon, can I tell the spets to only use Lvl2 of his marksmenship while not using his lvl1 as to not allow the Epsilon 3 arm? also, if so, what is the fluff reason - Vassily with t2 ammo just screams over the mic to the spetsnaz "shoot like a chump" spets is like "what?!?"
