    Simple question:

Are Specops linkable as their base troops are? Army doesn't show the Fireteam: core skill when I create a Fusilier Specops for NCA.

Do they use the AVA assigned to this trooper type ? (so Fusilier SpecOp uses AVA of Fusiliers ?)

Spec Ops don't have an AVA.

No, Spec-Ops have their own AVA of 1

Yes, they are as linkable as their base unit is- and they have their OWN AVA of 1 (you can only have ONE spec-ops in your list).
In any PanO sectorial using Fusiliers that can form a fireteam, the fusilier-based indigo is linkable with them.

You can also choose to use a base-unit not otherwise "allowed" in your army (Aconte regular or Order Sgt in NCA for example). They just won't be linkable (but OS has a higher WIP, so can be useful for objective grabs).

As for Army not showing "linkable". It doesn't show a few things, it's also slow to get updated. It's not the be-all and end-all rules repository. Use it with the WIKI and the entries within it (or the rulebook.)
