It's not a mystery that Sixth Sense rules are probably written after a jolly night in Las Vegas, so please help me and my playgroup understand what is 'respond' in the 3rd bullet of SSL2 (my emphasis):
    • Sixth Sense L2 allows its user to respond to Attacks against him through a Zero Visibility Zone without suffering the usual -6 MOD.
Does this mean that SSL2 user can declare a skill that requires LoF (such as BS Attack) as their second Short Skill if an enemy unit declared a BS Attack ARO through a Zero Visibility Zone, without suffering the usual -6 MOD? I have a hard time understanding this because usually you respond in your Reactive turn and attacker is usually the Active trooper.

Yes, you are correct. SS:L2 is active in both Active and Reactive turn.

It says 'respond' instead of 'react' because it applies in both turns.

For example the Sixth Sense trooper declares Move, a reactive trooper shoots them through smoke, the active Sixth Sense trooper can shoot them without applying the -6 MOD.

Note that reacting to a BS Attack through a Zero Visibility Zone (without Sixth Sense involved at all) uses the same 'respond' wording, for the same reason.

Thank you, @ijw. This was my assumption, but the wording of the rule left me quite confused.

I personally think that the word choice in that bullet is misleading -- neither 'respond' nor 'react' are defined as terms in Infinity rules (I really wish we had a Glossary), which made me think that they ought to mean the same thing. For example, in MtG you don't respond to spells as there is no such term defined; you cast them and they can target other spells and if they are cast successfully, they land on top of the stack, which is then resolved in LIFO order. Infinity lacks this strict definition of course of actions, so choosing the word 'response' that is a synonym to 'reaction', but doesn't always mean that in a game literally built around reactions, without clarifying that response is not necessary a reaction is rather ambiguous.

Of course, this could be happening just because I'm not a native English speaker (or because I'm a nitpicky bastard). But if CB would ever rewrite the rule, I think it might be better to word it somewhat like this:
    • If the Sixth Sense L2 user is targeted by an Attack affected by a Zero Visibility Zone , they can declare any Orders or AROs that require LoF to the attacker, without suffering the usual -6 MOD.

I wish. If the Las Vegas crew had written those rules while drunk, they'd still make more sense.
