I haven't really thought much about her, I always thought she was a PanO-aligned mercenary pilot of some sort. No use in Vanilla, and wildcard linkable in multiple PanO sectorials. But then REM RACERS revealed has her as the O-12 representative for the game. I have never seen an O-12 player take her, I honestly forget she's part of Vanilla sometimes. Why isn't she part of Starmada then? Shouldn't the O-12 Space Pilot be in the O-12 Space sectorial? Is there a lore reason she's kicked out?
Starmada is a specific branch of the O-12 navy, Agnes was originally part of O-12 R&D, then got lost behind a wormhole for several years, and is now presumably freelance. I'm also pretty sure REM Racers isn't Canon.
