Shotgun Blast Mode Prone Target

    So as I understand it if you shoot someone with shotgun blast mode you put the tear drop with the line of fire, so it starts at the enemy hit away from the enemy who is shooting.
    Now two troops are beside each other one standing one prone. Another one lines them up and shoots from above on the first unit, the prone one, the template would go into the ground right?

    Depends on how far above. The template in question angles both upwards and downwards slightly.

    Most likely, if shot from above the standing trooper, yes the template hits the prone model and tarmac only.

    Exactly. This will require the shooting trooper to be on a higher surface than the Prone target, because otherwise the shooter can choose to fire from the bottom edge of their Silhouette and catch both enemy troopers.

    Ok thanks, happened in last tournament my defensive triad was there one unit prone he super jumped over the ledge shot at the prone unit and hit all 3, with this information he would have one additional maybe, probably not even that because there were 2 inch distance at least between each of mine units. So good to know for next time
