The crisis unfolding on Concilium Prima demands Humanity's attention, and none are better suited to lead the way than we of Yu Jing. Comrades, I have not a doubt that together we shall uncover the truth behind these terrible anomalies, and provide needed humanitarian relief both to our own beloved subject-citizens and to the other residents of Concilium, demonstrating to all the legitimacy and indeed necessity of the StateEmpire's ascent to its rightful place as leaders of the Human Sphere!
Aye, there is indeed much truth to this. And besides, we cannot count on the so-called "hyperpower" to actually defend the noble denizens of Concilium Prima. It falls to us noble officers and the State Empire itself to ensure their safety in the face of peril!
The anomalies of Concilium Prima are worrysome no doubt, but nothing our top scientists can't crack. No, the real danger are the other nations who are going to exploit this situation for petty political gains and meaningless vendettas. We must deploy the Daebak force in its entirety to keep lesser nations at bay. Once keys areas are properly secured, we'll solved this situation in a couple days, if not hours. In this times of uncertainity, with news of the Combined Army joining the O-12, the treachery of Tohaas revealed at last, and ever-scheming japanese in the shadows, the State-Empire will rise to the occasion once more, and show the rest of the Human Sphere we are the only nation capable of ensuring stability and prosperity for all of humanity.

These are severe accusations from a ranking officer of the State Empire. Note that a martial court trial could follow if one would pursue in that way, since time of war are no jokes for false and misleading lies of fellony. The O-12 will, as always, watch out for the respect of each and everyone while trying to maintain a safe passage and refuge for civilians trapped in the conflict.
It is wise in this instance of great tumult, whilst our information is incomplete, to maintain calm and patience. Only with as complete information as we are likely to acquire, should we draw conclusions regarding accusations of such grave severity. Though vigilance serves the State Empire well, it should not devolve to paranoia, lest we see enemies where none are.
Once again, the forces of the StateEmpire will gather for the safety of its people and the whole of the human sphere, be this the evacuation of the civilians or the annihilation of close threats.
Civvies already should be mobilized, 10 years of fighting, more than enough to teach them how to kill morats/shas/any other beast.
Now is not the time for petty grievances. If O12 wants to sacrifice the lives of the people on Concilium Prima on protocol that is their prerrogative. The State Empire on the other hand will do whatever is neccesary to try to save this planet. Our forces have been redirected from New Hypatia and are expected to commence planetfall shortly. In the meantime the Daebak force will continue with its evacuation and humanitarian duties.

I'm somewhat embarrassed by the amount of press attention that has followed my exploits in the Durgama and New Hypatia campaigns and look forward to *inconspicuously* serving Yu Jing by safeguarding the humanitarian relief efforts on Concilium.
It is important to understand the power of words. The Combined Army has ADVISORS joining the as such with O-12, the Combined Army not joining the Oberhaus in the same way as the members of the Human Sphere. This is a necessary evil due to the joint work happening on Concilium.
