Hi everyone ! Much less glamorous than the interplanetary that just happened, or perhaps to get in tune with this great event, here in the city where I live, we played a small tournament of three rounds with the following missions: Safe Area (vs Imperial Service) Transmission matrix (vs Combined Army) Capture and protect (vs Steel Phalanx) The extra was Limited Insertion. So far, I have considered this extra a little bit difficult for the JSA, due to the predominance of light infantry in our army, however is good to adapt to any situation and enjoy the game in all its modalities. Where I have to thank @barakiel for the preliminary advice when I started playing JSA, and for explain how excellent are the RyuKen-9 with DDO as well how strong is JSA at short distances. So the basic strategy was to start with everything hidden except the missile launcher and strongly defend my deployment zone with 3 minilayers (2 Ryken and Yuriko Oda) and the fireteam. So I decided to play second in each match, to attract my rivals to the middle zone of the table, where I could increase the probability start in rank with the different weapons and being closer to engage in melee The attack was ordered to Dayokai covered by the Ryuken and by the two ninjas, Saito and Shinobu. I have to give a special mention to Saito, who does everything, is really flexible, powerful and fragile. So I attack with Saito or use it to release smoke to allow the Kempei to fire with security, or cover the movement of Dayokai. I play against Yu Jing (imperial service), Combined (Vanilla) and Steel Phalanx. The first two games were hard but I won without big losses (major victory), the third game against Achilles and company was much harder, but I also won (major victory) but sacrificing Saito and Dayokai. This finally leads the JSA to be the Champion of the tournament. So, What do you think about the lists? Have you played these scenarios? any other way to play them?
