Happened in our ITS. 1)Hakim walks in with his Nasmat. 2)He and his Nasmat runs in 0.5 order, Hakim stayed backwards while Nasmat charging into TAG. Opponent AROs to Hakim. 3)Hakim shoots an SMG, Nasmat stays idle. At our last ITS on GLcon this happened, and since G:servant was in base contact the organizer declared it was not able for him to shoot the TAG. But I think since Nasmat declared idle, Hakim's shooting was viable. What do you guys think? Can Hakim shoot the target, or not?
What the Nasmat declares has no impact on the order. There existed an instance where the Nasmat was not in base contact during the order and that's where the TAG is shot. This due to SMG not being a template weapon. Also, keep in mind the SMG is not a template weapon, so you'd still be able to shoot the TAG in the next order, but THEN with a -6 MOD due to friendly in BTB
All happens at the same time, so yes. Cancel the Bot, just a normal model. Enters in CC with an enemy and declares BS Attack before making contact. It is totally legit, so why shouldn't be legit this scenario?
In my opinion you should have been able to shoot, because since everything is simultaneous you could have declared the shot to happen before the Nasmat enters B2B
you obviously can shoot. but just think that will happen if you declare Electric Pulse Attack from a little Nasmat? not it worth Hakims try to survive unopposed TAG ARO?
